CST is a unique form of bodywork that bridges the realms of physical touch with energetic work. It’s a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on therapy that has been used to successfully treat many conditions including chronic pain, migraine headaches, post-concussion syndrome, emotional traumas, physical traumas, PTSD, anxiety, & depression.
What does Craniosacral light-touch therapy do?
1. Engages the natural healing ability of the body

2. Facilitates the calming of the nervous system

3. Improves fluid nutrition of the brain & spine

4. Enhances the filtration of lymphatic fluids

5. Increases overall energy & physiological mobility

6. Release traumas and a deep dimension of spiritual healing

CST helps to release areas of tension in the central nervous system, alleviates pain, and reduces discomfort in the body. Craniosacral practitioners train their hands to feel the rhythms of the body. They can pick up on corresponding patterns of movement, energy blockage within various organ systems or tissues. During treatment sessions, a practitioner of this work assists the body in releasing restrictions, regaining cellular oscillation, and optimizing the balancing of the function of the nervous, musculoskeletal, lymphatic, hormonal, and gastrointestinal systems.

A typical CST session is anywhere from 45-90 minutes. The majority of clients feel a deep sense of relaxation during treatment and may even fall asleep. Tingling, heat, sensations of movement inside the body, or feeling as if floating on water are frequently experienced as restrictions are released.

Deep psychological healing and physical relief may also occur during and after each session. The state of deep relaxation elicited by this therapy allows for the tapping into subconscious fields that might facilitate our recovery from trauma, limiting belief patterns, blocks to healing that could be preventing our optimal wellbeing.

Key benefits of craniosacral therapy?

1. Pain relief: Craniosacral therapy can be an effective treatment for chronic pain, particularly those related to conditions such as headaches, migraines, and fibromyalgia.

2. Improved mobility: By releasing tension and improving the body's ability to relax, craniosacral therapy can improve mobility and range of motion, particularly in the neck and spine.

3. Reduced stress and tension: Craniosacral therapy can help reduce stress and tension in the body by promoting relaxation and releasing muscle tension.

4. Improved immune system function: Craniosacral therapy can help improve immune system function by promoting relaxation and reducing stress, which can help enhance the body's natural ability to fight off infections and disease.

5. Improved sleep: By promoting relaxation and reducing stress, craniosacral therapy can help improve sleep quality and quantity.

Overall, craniosacral therapy can be a beneficial treatment for a wide range of health conditions, particularly those related to chronic pain, stress, and tension. By promoting relaxation and releasing tension throughout the body, craniosacral therapy can help improve overall health and well-being.

Functional nutrition gets to the ROOT of the issue. We use a holistic approach to treat chronic disease, with a focus on nutrition. Lead a healthier life — from the inside out. Functional medicine providers spend time listening to you and gathering your medical history. We use this information to identify the root cause(s) of the illness, including triggers such as poor nutrition, stress, toxins, allergens, genetics and your microbiome (the bacteria living in and on your body). Working with a functional nutritionist can provide several benefits. Below are just a few key reasons why you may consider working with a functional nutritionist:

1. Personalized nutrition plan:
A functional nutritionist can work with you to create a customized nutrition plan based on your individual needs, preferences, and health goals. They can help you identify nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities, and other factors that may be impacting your health and develop strategies to address them. Functional nutrition is not just about eating healthy - it is about understanding that food is medicine and what your individual needs are.

2. Holistic approach to health: A functional nutritionist takes a whole-person approach to health, considering not only your diet but also your lifestyle, stress levels, and other factors that may be impacting your well-being. They can provide guidance on other lifestyle factors, such as sleep and exercise, to support your overall health and well-being.

3. Management of chronic conditions: A functional nutritionist can work with you to manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, or autoimmune disorders, through dietary changes and lifestyle modifications. They can also help you identify and address the root causes of your condition, rather than just treating symptoms.

4. Improved digestion and gut health: A functional nutritionist can help you improve your digestion and gut health through dietary changes and supplementation. They can also help you identify food sensitivities or intolerances that may be impacting your gut health and overall well-being.

5. Long-term health and wellness: A functional nutritionist can help you establish healthy habits and behaviors that can support your long-term health and wellness goals. They can provide ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track and make sustainable changes.

Homeopathy, also known as homeopathic medicine, is a medical system that was developed in Germany more than 200 years ago. It’s based on two theories:
1. “Like cures like”—the notion that a disease can be cured by a substance that produces similar symptoms in healthy people.
2. “Law of minimum dose”—the notion that the lower the dose of the medication, the greater its effectiveness. Many homeopathic products are so diluted that no molecules of the original substance remain.

Homeopathic products come from plants (such as red onion, arnica [mountain herb], poison ivy, belladonna [deadly nightshade], and stinging nettle), minerals (such as white arsenic), or animals (such as crushed whole bees). Homeopathic products are often made as sugar pellets to be placed under the tongue; they may also be in other forms, such as ointments, gels, drops, creams, and tablets. Treatments are “individualized” or tailored to each person—it’s common for different people with the same condition to receive different treatments.

What are the key benefits of homeopathy?

1, Personalized treatment: Homeopathic treatment is tailored to the individual, with the homeopath taking into account not just the physical symptoms but also the person's emotional and mental state.

2, Safe and gentle: Homeopathic remedies are generally very safe and gentle, with few side effects. They are also non-toxic and non-addictive.

3. Effective for a wide range of conditions: Homeopathic treatment can be effective for a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, including allergies, digestive disorders, respiratory illnesses, and mental health conditions.

4. Can be used alongside conventional treatment: Homeopathic treatment can be used alongside conventional medical treatment, and may even be able to reduce the need for medication in some cases.

5. Holistic approach: Homeopathic treatment takes a holistic approach to health, looking at the person as a whole rather than just treating specific symptoms.

MLD is a gentle, hands-on massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, encouraging the proper flow of lymph fluid and reducing swelling. It involves rhythmic, circular movements that aid in the removal of waste and toxins, promoting overall lymphatic circulation.
